Michèle Cyna

BOARD ADVISOR

Prior to retiring, from 2013 to 2021, Michèle Cyna was CEO of Ginger BURGEAP, an engineering consulting firm on Environment and chairwoman of Ginger’s environment department, a 500 people company.
She started her professional life in 1982 as a civil servant for the French Ministry of transport, civil work and planning, where she worked for 18 years in various positions focused on roads, transportation and urban planning, including 2 years at the World Bank.
In 1999, she became technical vice president of Eurovia (Vinci Group) in charge of the company technical network and of R&D. From 2007 to 2012, she was vice president for international affairs at Veolia Transport, now Transdev.
Until March 2024, Michèle Cyna was chairwoman of the geothermal commission of the Syndicat des énergies renouvelables and member of its board and she headed the France Geoenergy cluster of the French Association of Geothermal Professionals.
Michèle Cyna is honorary chairwoman of the Ecole nationale des ponts et chaussées alumni association, of which she has been chairwoman for 3 years. Michèle is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and MIT.
She is an officer of the Legion of Honor and an officer of the National Merit Order.

DANIEL DEVELAY

Daniel Develay has mainly dedicated his career to the engineering of large energy, water and land use infrastructure. He joined the ENGIE Group in 1987 in the engineering company Tractebel France (formerly Coyne et Bellier) and held positions as project director and director of subsidiaries, mainly abroad for the construction of large dams, hydraulic transfers and hydropower. His major references are in Africa, India and Brazil.
From 2008 to 2014, he managed Tractebel France and developed strategic consulting to assist public and private clients in the planning of their large infrastructures.
In 2014, he became Managing Director of Tractebel in Brussels then joined ENGIE headquarters in 2018 to create the integration department, supporting the Group’s external growth in France and internationally.
Daniel Develay also held responsibilities within MEDEF International, Syntec Ingénierie and the French Committee for Dams and Reservoirs.
Daniel Develay is an engineer graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris (class of 1979)
